RESOLUTION NO. 96- 5
RESOLUTION SETTING TERMS OF OFFICE
FOR MEMBERS APPOINTED TO THE COUNTY
GOVERNMENT PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on November 14, 1995, the Col.lier County Board of
County Commissioners appointed Bill L. Neal, sonia ortega, Karl J.
Otto and John E. Stockton to the County Government Productivity
Committee in accordance with the provisions set forth in Collier

County Ordinance No. Q1-10, as amended; and
lffiEREAS. the Committee has made a recommendation for the
terms of office for these members and has submitted their
recommendation for approval of terms to the Board of county
commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'i."HE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the tP.rms of office
are established as follows:
1. Sonia Ortega is hereby appoin'ced to the County
Government Productivity Committee for the remainder of the vaC":mt
term, said term expiring February 4, 1997.
2. Karl J. otto is hereby appointed t<) the CO\;..l':.y
Government Productivity Committee for the remainde' of the vacant
term expiring February 4, 1996, plus an addil:iona1two year term,
said term to expire February 4, 1998.
3. John E. stockton is hereby appointed to the county
Government productivity Committee for the remainder of the vacant
term expiring February 4, 1996, plus an additional two year term,
said term to expire February 4, 1998.
4. Bill L. Neal. is hereby appointed to the County
Government Productivity Committee for the remainder of the vacant
term expiring February 4, 1996, plus an additional two year term,
said term to expire February 4, 1998.
