RESOLUTION AWARDING A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND
NECESSITY TO THE FIRK LISTED BELOW THAT HAS FILED THE
APPROPRIATE PERMITTING APPLICATION AND HAS COMPLIED WITH
ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF ORDINANCE 86-4 AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, The Board ot County Commissioners ot Collie~ County, on
January 21, 1986, adopted County Ordinance 86-4, as amended, relatinq
to licensing and regulation ot taxicab and motor vehicl.. tor hire;
and
WIIEREAS, the Public Vehicle Advi80ry COlIllIittee, ..tabliehed by,.,
Ordinance 86-59, met in public eaeeion on Auguet 10, 1989 at 9.00 a.m.
to review tha application submitted by Attordable Limoueine Service,
Inc. and provide recommendation to the Board ot County Commissioners,
also known as the Public Vehicle Board, tor the issuance of a
Certificate ot Public Convenience and Necessity; and
WIIEREAS, the Public Vehicle Advisory Committ.. voted to recommend
that the Public Vehicle Board approve the application ot Attordabla
Limousine Service, Inc.
NOlf, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD or COUNTY
COIlMISSIONERS or COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that a certificate ot Public
