members of the Authority, and

WHEREAS Etl~ard Oates has lndlcated a deslre to flll the
unexplred term of Henry B. Watklns, Jr.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD or COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
1. Edward Oates is hereby appointed to the Health Pacilities
Authority to lerve the unexpired term of Henry B. Watkins, Jr.,

2. This Resolution shall constitute a certiflcate of
