RESOLUTION AW1\R!lING A CERTIFICATE OF PUB!.tC CONVENIENCE AND
NECESSITY TO THE FIRM LISTEO 8ELOW THAT HAS FILED THE
APPROPRIA~E PERMITTING APPLICATION AND HAS COMPLIED WITH
ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF ORDINANCE 86-4 AS AMENDED,
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners ot Collier County, on
Janunry 21, 1986, adopted County Ordinance 86-4, as amended, relating
to licensing and regulation of taxicab and motor vehicles tor hire; .
and
WHEREAS, the Public Vehicle Advisory commi~tee, .stablished by

Ordinance 86-59, met in public sesslon on June 29, 1989 at 9:00 a.m.
to review the application submitted by Fish 'n Fun, Inc. D/B/A Island
Airport Service and provide recommendation to the Board ot county
Commissions, also known as the public Vehicle Board, for the issuance
of a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity; and
WHEREAS, the Public Vehicle Advisory committee voted to recommend
that the public Vehicle Board approve the application ot Fish 'n Fun,
Inc. D/B/A Island Airport Service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that a Certiticate ot publ~
