RESOLUTION NO. 89-193
A RESOLUTION RE-APPOINTING LYNETTE WOLFENDALE
TO THE COLLIER COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79-34 created the Collier County
Industrial Development huthority and provided that the Authority
shall consist of five (5) members; and
WHEREAS, Lynette Wolfendale!s term expired on February 24,
1989; and
WHEREAS, the Board ot County commissioners received a letter
from the Industrial Development Authority recommending the
re-appointment of Lynette Wolfendale to a tour-year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Lynette Wo1fendale
is hereby re-appointed to the Collier County Industrial
Development Authority for a four-year term to expire on February
24, 1993.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
