A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA ~UTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THAT CERTAIN JOINT PARTICIPATION
~GREEMENT (JPA) WITH THE STATe OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
WHEREAS, Collier County, Florida hag the authority to
enter into a Joint participation Agreement with the Florida Department
ot Transportation (Department) to undertake the preparation of an
Airport Layout Plan (ALP), a major component of an Airport Master Plan
for the Everglades City Airport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
1. That the Board of County commissioners does hereby
approve the JPA and the Chairman is hereby authorized to execute same.
2. That the Board acknowledges that the total estimated
cost for the preparation of an Airport Layout Plan for the Everglades
city Airport is $20,000.00.
The Department has $18,000.00 funds
available and Collier County will bear the additional cost.
This Resolution adopted after motion and seconded. .
