between Airport-Pullirg RDad am S.R. 84 (cavis Boulevard), is a o:unty Road

h'HEREAS, in ao:ordance with Olapter 316.189, Florida statutes, a traffic
analysis has l::ee.n made for the easterly two an:1 one-half miles of Radio Road: and
h1IEHEAS, this analysis indicates that a decrease of the spoa:I limit fran
fifty-five roUes per hoor to a maxinum of forty-five miles per hoor is reasonable
and in conformance with the criteria prtr.tJlgatad by the norida D:!partment of
TI?.nsportation; and
100000000, the Eoard of o:unty CCImlissioners has determined that it will be in
the best interest and benefit of the citizens of Collier o:unty to decrease the
speed limit frem fifty-five miles per hcur to a maxi.rrum of forty-five miles per
hem- on the easterly two and one-half miles of Fadio Road to o:mforro with the
forty-five mile per hoor spoEdlimit ..ruch =rently is in effect alorq the
westerly two mile portion of the roadway.

instnlct the o:unty Transportation Services Division to erect spoa:I limit signs
in accordance with Chapter 316.189 (3), Florida Stab1tes.
