RESOLUTION NO. 89-187
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JAMES L. GLASS TO FILL
THE VACANCY ON THE LELY GOLF ESTATES
BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 87-69 created the Lely Golt Estates
Beautification Advisory committee and provided that the committee
shall consist of five (5) members; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wayne Kring resigned on June 1, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners previously
provided public notice sOliciting applications trom interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that James L. Glass is
hereby appointed to fill the vacancy on the Lely Colt Estates
neautification Advisory Committee for the remainder ot the present
term which expires on October 1, 1989.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
