A RESOLUTION FOR A TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT
PROJECT MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR OAKS
BOULEVARD SIDEWALK FROM VANDERBILT BEACH ROAD
TO IMMOKALEE ROAD (C.R. 846) BETWEEN THE FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY.
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS. the Florida Department of Transportation (FOOT) wishes to enter into 8
Transportation Enhancement Project Maintenance Agreement ("Agreement.) with the
Board of County Commissioners (.Board") of Comer County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Board authortzlng the execution of that certain
Agreement wHh the FOOT is required; and
WHEREAS, the Board has the authortty to enter into an Agreement wHh the FOOT
to undertake a Project as authorized by the Intenoodal Surface Transportation EffIclency
Act of 1991, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the Project consls1s of Oaks Boulevard Sidewalk from Vanderbilt Beach
Road to Immokalee ~oad (C.R. 846) (FOOT WPI No. 1123694).
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
1. That the Agreement for State ProJact No. 03000-3626 Is approved.
2. That the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners Is authorized to
execute the Agreement wHh the Aortda Department of Transportation.
