A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COKHISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.7.3.4
OF THE COLLIEl\ COUNTY LAND
DEVELOPMENT CODE AFFECTING ORDINANCE
91-95 KIlOWN AS RADIO SQUARE POD,
EXTENDING THE CURRENT POD APPROVAL TO
APRIL 1, 19991 AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
KHEREAS, the Radio Square PUV, Ordinance 91-95 adopted on
October 8, 1991, is subject to the provisions ot Section
2.7.3.4., ot the Land Development Code (LOC) , Time Limits tor
Approved POD Zoning Districts together with their respective
Kaster Plans I and
KHEREAS, the POD was adopted consistent with and under the
provisions ot the Collier County Growth Kanagement P1anl and
KHEREAS, the applicant has acknowledged that the subject POD
shall comply with the Architectural Standards, as defined in
Section 2.8 ot the Land Development Code (LOC).
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the
POD and has determined to extend the current POD Zoning tor two
years, until April 1, 19991 and
NOlI, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board ot Zoning
Appeals ot Collier County, Florida that:
1. The above recitals are adopted herein by reterence
as it tully set torth herein.
2. This Resolution shall constitute evidence ot
compliance with the review requirements ot Section
2.7.3.4 ot the LOC.
3. Pursuant to said section ot the LOC, the current
POD approval is hereby extended to April 1, 19991
at the end of which time the owner shall submit to
the procedures in LOC Section 2.7.3.4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
approval.
