You failed to abate such nuisance; whereupon, it was abated by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of .1,000.00 and administrative cost of f200.00 for a total of fl,200.00. Such costs, by Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, have been assessed against the above property on April 1, 1997 and shall become a lien on the property thirty (30) days after such assessment. You may request a hearing before the Board of County Commissioners to show cause, if any, why the expenses and charqes incurred by the County under this Ordinance are unwarranted or excessive or why such expenses should not constitute a lien against the property. Such request for hearing must be made to the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, Government Cente~, Naples, Flo~ida 34112 in writing within thirty (30) days from the date of this assessment to be valid.
