A RESOLllTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIOA, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.7.3.4
OF THE COLLI~ COUNTY LAND
DEVELOPllEIIT CODE AFFECTING ORDINANCE
90-6 ALSO K1l0WII AS NEAPOLITAN PARK
PUD, REQUIRING THE SUBMITTAL OF A PUD
AMENDKENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Neapolitan Park poo, Ordinance 90-6 adopted on
January 23 , 1990, 1s aubject to the provisions ot section
2.7.3.4., ot the Land Development Code (LOC), Ti.. Li.its tor
Approved POD Maater Plana; and
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commis.ioners haa reviewed the
PUD and haa dete~ined that the current PUD Zoninq ie
inconsistent with certain provisions ot the Crowth Management
Plan (GNP) and 'the Land Development Code; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board ot Zoning
Appeale ot Collier County, Florida that:
1. The above recital. are adopted herein by reterence
ae it tully set torth herein.
2. This Resolution ahall constitute evidence ot
compliance with the review require.ents ot Section
2.7.3.4 ot the LOC.
3. Pursuant to said section ot the LOC, the property
owner or aqent shall submit an a.ended PUD to the
Planning servic.. Oirector prior to september 18,
1997 in order to cause said PUD to become
consistent with the Collier County LOC.
Thi. Reaolution ahall become ettective immediately upon ita
approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in
the ainute. ot this Board and in the records ot the Petition tor
which the extension ie qranted.
