A PESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COHHISSIOliERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.7.3.4
OF THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND
DEVELOPMENT CODE AFFECTING ORDINAlICE
90-7 KNOlIN AS CRESTWOOD PUD,
EXTENDING THE CURRENT PUD APPROVAL TO
MARCH 18, 1999; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Crestwood PUD, Ordinance 90-7 adopted on
January 23, 1990, is subject to the provisions of Section
2.7.3.4., of the Land Development Code (LOC) , Time Limits for
Approved PUD Zoning Districts together with their respective
Master Plans; and
WHEREAS, the PUD was adopted consistent with and under the
provlRions of the Collier County Growth Management Plan: and
WHEREAS, the applicant has acknowledged that the SUbject PUD
shall comply with the Architectural Standards, as defined in
Section 2.8 of the Land Development Code (LOC).
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the
PUD and has determined to extend the current PUD Zoning for two
years, until March 18, 1999: and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Zoning
Appeals of Collier County, Florida that:
1. The above reel tals are adopted herein by reference
as if fully set forth herein.
2. This Resolution shall constitute evidence of
compliance with the review requiremente of Section
2.7.3.4 of the LOC.
3. Pursuant to said section ot the LOCI the current
pun approval is hereby extended to March 18, 1999;
at the end of which time the owner shall submit to
the procedures in LDC Section 2.7.3.4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
approval.
