FLORIDA, PURSUAnT TO SECTION 2.7 3.4
OF THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND
DEVELOPMENT CODE AFFECTING ORDIN\nCE
91-.4,4 KNOWN AS ARROWHEAD pu~,
EXTElIDING THE CURRENT PUD APPROV\L TO
MARCH 11, 1999; AnD PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Arrowhead POD, Ordinance 91-4 I adopted on Kay
;'8, 1991, Is subject to the provisions ot Secti'1n 2.7.3.4., ot
l.he Land Development Code (LDe), Time Limits fO' Approved pun
;'.0010g Districts together 'With their respective Kaster PIano; and
WHEREAS, the Pun was adopted consistent wi4h and under the
provisions of the Collier County Growth Manaqetaint Plan; and
~~EREAS, the Board ot County Commissioners has reviewed the
1'UD and has detenalned to extend the current PUI' Zoning tor two
)'Qars, until March 11, 1999; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Boari of Zoning
Jppeals of Collier County, Florida that:

1. The above recitals are adopted herein ~y reference
as it tully set forth herein.
2. This Resolution shall constitute evidt~ce ot
compliance with the review requirement1 ot Section
2.7.3.4 of the LOC.
3. Pursuant to said section ot the LOC, t 'Ui current
PUO approval is hereby extended to Mar':h 11, 1999;
at the end or which time the owner sh~~l submit to
the procedures in LOC Section 2.7.3.4.
This Resolution shall become eftective imme\iately upon its
