RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
THOSE ROADWA Y, DRAINAGE, WATER ANi) SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS IN LONGSHORE LAKE, UNIT 5B2,
RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND
ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED
TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier Coumy, Florida, on
December 15,1995 approved lhe plat of Longshore Lake, Unit 5B2 for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has construcfed and maintained the roadway, drainage, waler
and s.ewer improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and as required
by the Land Developmenl Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended); and Ihe
Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County Ordinance No. 88-76, as amended),
and
WHEREAS. the developer has now requested final acceptance of tile roadway, drainage.
water and sewer improvements and release of his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of the Development Services Depanment
has inspected the roadway, drainage, warer and sewer improvemenu and is recommending
acceptance of said facilities.
r>OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ,hal final acceplance be gran.ed ror
those roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements in Longshore Lake, Unit 582, and
authorize the Clerk 10 release the majnfen~nce security.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL VED AND ORDERED thai the Coun'y accept .he future
maintenance and other allendant costs for Ihe roadway, drainage, waler and sewer improvements
that are not required to be maintained by the homeowners association.
This Resolution adopted aner motion, second and majority vote favoring same.
