RESOLUTION NO. 97.~
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEP"'"ANCE OF
THOSE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS IN LONGSHORE LAKE, UNIT SBI,
RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND
ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED
TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION.

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners or Callier County. Florida, on July 25,
1995 approved the plat of Longshore Lake, Unit SD I for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the roadway, drainage, waler
and sewer improvement! in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and 8S required
by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended); and the
Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County Ordinance No. 88-76, as amended),
and
WHEREAS, the developer has now requested final acceptance of the roadway. drainage,
wafer and sewer improvements and release of his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section orlhe Development Services Department
has inspected the roadway, .~rainage, water and sewer improvements and is recommending
acceptance of said racilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final aeeeplanee be granted for
tho5e roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements in Longshore Lake, Unit sa I, and
authorize the Clerk to releuc the maintenance security.
BE IT FUR THER RESOL VED AND ORDERED that the County accept 'he fu'ure
maintenance and other attendant costs for the roadway, drainage, waler and sewer improvemen'.s
that are not required to be maintained by the homeowners association.
This Resolulion adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same.
