ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS TIIAT ARE NOT REQUIRED T(' BE
MAINTAINED BY TIlE HOMEOWNERS ASSOClt tJON.
WHEREAS, the Board afCounty Commissioners cfeollier (i 'mty, Florida, on February
14, 1995 approved the plat of Northbrooke Drive for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the oadway, drainage, water
'lnd sewer improvements in accordance 'With the approved plans and s( "cifications and as required
hy the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91-10:' as amended); and the
Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County Ordinan' ~ No. 88-76, as amended),

WHEREAS, the developer has now requested final acceptance lethe roadway, drainage,
water and sewer improvements and release of his maintenance security and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of the Developn' "nt Services Department
has inspected the roadway, drtinage, water and sewer improvements aj'.t is recommending
'=plance of said faciliti".
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT P.ESOL VED BY THE BOARD I 'F COUNTY
r~OMMlSSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final, ceptance be granted for
those roadway, drainagt, wat'='" ZJld sew~ improvemenu in Northbroo' ~ Drive, and authorize th~
Oerk to release the maintenance security.
BE IT FURTIlER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that Ihe Co, 'lly >ccepllhe fu'ure
jnaintenance and other attendant costs for the roadway, drainage, wate' and sewer i~provements
,hat are not required to be maintained by the homeowners associatio.n.
