RESOLUTION NO. 97- 146
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS. as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct COSts of
ahatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
c!)et incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parce). shall be
c'llculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
~Lth a description of oaid parcel; and
WHEREAS, such 3sseDsment shall be a legal, valid and binding
ohligation upon the property against which made until paidj and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30)
o\ys after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest
sf1all accrue at a rate of twelve percent (1:2.0~) per annum on any
u~paid portion ther~of.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
C')MMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
a~ follows, and having been abated of a public nuisance after due and
proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby aSB~sBed
