RESOLUTION NO. 97- 145
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN. FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.

WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
a\atement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
C ,1St incurred by the County, shall be assessed againot such property j

· WHEREAS, the coat thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
c\lculated and reported to the Board of County Commissionp.rs, together
w\th a description of said parcel; and
. WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding
c ,ligation upon the property against which made until paid; and
~ WHEREAS, the assec~ment ahall become due and payable thirty (30)
d,lys after the mailing ;f Notice of Assessment after which interest
e~all accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0t) per annum on any
v\?aid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
(~MMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
a. follows, and having been abated of a public nuisance after due and
~\'oper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed
