A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MAURICE DEVITO
TO THE PUBLIC VEHICLE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Public Vehicle Advisory Commillee was established by Collier County
Ordinance No. 86-4, u amended; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 86-4. as amended. provides that the Public
Vehicle Advisory Committee shall consist of five (5) members with (3) of the members being
affiliated as holders of Cer1ificates to operate a motor vehicle for hire company within Collier
County; and
WHEREAS. there is currently a vacancy on this Board; and
WHEREAS. lhe Board of County Commissioners previously provided public nolice
soliciting applications from interested panies.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORlDA, lhal Maurice DeVito. representing
the non-affiliated category. is hereby appointed 10 the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee to
filUiU the remainder of rhe vacant lerm. said term 10 expire September 2, 1997
