RESOLUTION NO. 97.95
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING
MEMRERS TO THE SMALL CITIES COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CITIZENS
ADVISORY TASK FORCE.
WHBRBAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-60 established a Small Citiea Community
Development Block Grant Citizens Advisory Task Force for Collier County; and
WHBRBAS, Ordinance No. 90-60 providea for the appointment of five memben for two
year tenns after the initial term; and
WHBRBAS, there are currently two (2) vacanciea on this board; and
WHBRBAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
aoliciting applications from intereated parliea;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIm BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Keith Puffer, representing the category of Community At Large, is hereby appointed to
the Small Citiea Community Development Block Grant Citizens Advisory Task Force for a term
of two (2) years, said term to expire on December 31, 1998.
2. Vivian D. Lager, representing the category of minority, is bereby ~inted to the Small

Citiea Community Development Block Grant Citizens Advisory Task Force for a term of two (2)
years, said term to expire on Deccmbcr 31, 1998.
Thil Reaolution adopted after motion, ICCOI1d and majority vote.
