A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
THE COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD SOUTH.
WHEREAS, CoIJier Cowtty Ordinance No. 92-80, as amended by Ordinance No. 96-78,
provides for the establishment of a second CoIJier COwtty Code Enforcement Board, and further
provides that the Collier Cowtty Code Enforcement Boards shall consist of seven members and
two alternate members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently nine (9) vacancies on the Code Enforcement Board South;

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY nrn BOARD OF COUN1Y
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA, that the following members are
hereby appointed to the Collier County Code Enforcement Board South with their respective
categories and terms listed as follows:
