A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD NORm
WHEREAS. Collier County Ordinance No. 92-80. as amended by Ordinance No. 96-78,
provides that the Collier County Code Enforcement Boards shall consist of seven members and
two alternate members; and
WHEREAS, there are CUITcntly five (5) vacancies on the Code Enforcement Boud North;
and
WHEREAS, the Boud of County Commissioners previously provided public notice.
soliciting applications from interested parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Fred Mueller is hereby appointed, under the category of Realtor, to the Collier County
Code Enforcement Baud North for a three year term, said tenn to expire February 14,2000.
2. George P. Ponte, a retired businessman, is hereby appointed to the Collier County Code
Enforcement Boud North for a three year term, said term to expire February 14,2000.
3. Mireya M. Louviere is hereby reappointed, under the category of Business, to the Collier
County Code Enforcement Board North for a three year term, said term to expire February 14,
2000.
4. Louis F. Laforet is hereby reappointed as Alternate to the Collier County Code
Enforcement Boud North for a three year term, said tenn to expire February 14, 2000.
5. Linda Griffin is hereby appointed as Alternate to the Collier Couhty Code Enforcement
Baud North for a three year term, said term to expire February 14,2000.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
