RESOLUTION NO. 97--20A

RESOLUTION APPOINTING RANDY MERRll..L TO THE
DISTRIcr EIGHT HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Diatrict Eight Health and Human Semces Board wu created to
evaluate diatrict needs and develop and approve a district plan consistent with state-wide
policy parameters for health and social services within the community; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint one (1) member to the District Eight Health
and Human Sem~ Board; and
WHEREAS, the District Eight Nominee Qualification Review Committee bas
reviewed a list of eligible applicants to serve on the Health and Human Semces Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, that Randy Merrill is hereby reappointed
to the District Eight Health and Human Semces Board for a term beginning December
23, 1996, and expiring December 22, 2000.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
