RESOLUTION 9 7- ~
A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.7.3.4 OF THE COLLIER
COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE AFFECTING
ORDINANCE 89-07 ALSO KNOWN AS THE STILES
PUD, REQUIRING THE SUBMITTAL OF A PUD
AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the stiles PUD, ordinance 89-07, adopted on January 24,
1989, is subject to the provisions of section 2.7.3.4., of the Land
Develop.ent Code (LOC) , Time Limits for Approved PUD Master Plans; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners has reviewed the PUD
and has determined that the current PUD Zoning is inconsistent with
certain provisions of the Growth Management Plan and the Land
Development Code; ~nd
NOW, THEREFORt BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Zoning Appeals of
Collier county, Florida that:
1. The above recitals are adopted herein by reference as if
fully set forth herein.
2. This Resolution shall constitute evidence of compliance
with the review requirements of Section 2.7.3.4 of the
LOC.
3. Pursuant to said section of the LDC, the property owner
or agent shall submit an amended PUD to the Planning
services Director prior to June 5, 1997.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
ainut.s of this Board and in the records of the Petition for which the
extension is granted.
