to authority of Chapter 336.05, Florida Statutes, to name or ren..e
streets and roads, except for certain state roads; and
WHBREAB, the Board of County Commissionerllo.naa..beenre~ed.. to
confirm the rell3Jlinq of RiUe Range Road to The Lord's Way. '1'nl.
street is located in Section 14, Township 50 South, Range 26 East,
Collier County, Florida, as described as follows:

WHBREAB, there appears to be no street in Collier County with this
name or any similar sounding name, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for identification purposes to confirm

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
01' COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The name of this street is hereby changed from Rifle Range Road
to The Lord's Way and is confirmed ~s same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and noted upon the maps of
the street and zoninq atlases of Collier County, and notations made on
the referenced Plat.
