ORDINANCE 90-84 ALSO KNOWN AS DONOVAN
CENTER POD, EXTENDING THE CllRREN'l' POD

1fREREAS, the Donovan Center POD, Ordinance 90-84 adopted on
.ov--~ 27, 1990, is subject to the provisions ot Section 2.7.3.4., ot
the Land Development Code (LDC), Time Limits tor Approved POD Zoning
Districts toqether with their respective Master Plans; and
WBBREAS, the POD was adopted consistent with and under tbe
provisions ot the Collier County Growth Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commissioners has reviewed the POD
and has determined to extend the current PUD Zoning tor two years,
until January 21, 1999; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board ot Zoning Appeals ot
Collier County, Florida that:
1. The above recitals are adopted berein by reference as if
fully set forth berein.
2. This Resolution sball constitute evidence of compliance
with the review requirements ot Section 2.7.3.4 of the
LOC.

3. Pursuant to said section of the LOC' the current POD
approval is bereby extended to January 21, 1999; at the
end ot wbicb ti.ethe owner sball s~it to the
procedures in LDC Section 2.7.3.4.
This Resolution shall become effective i--tiately upon ita
appz'u".l.
BE IT FOR'l'HER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
ainutes ot this Board and in the records ot the Petition for wbicb the
extension is granted.
