RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF NAPLES HERITAGE
GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB TRACTS "B" , "C5" REPLAT, A REPLAT
OF A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT KNOlIN AS
NAPLES HERITAGE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB PHASE ONE, AND
AUTHORI ZING THE VACATION OF THE CONSERVATION EASEIlEIfT
ACCORDING TO THE ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRIPTION, PETITION
AV-96-031
WHEREAS, the Board or County Commissioners ot Collier County,
Florida, on April 16, 1996 approved the plat of Naple. H.ritage Ga1f
& Country Club Phase One for recording; and
WHEREAS, Clyde C. Quinby, Individually and as Tru.tee baa
filed for a replat of a portion of said lands; and
WHEREAS, except as provided for in this Resolution, this
replat does not extinguish or in anyway affect the dedications
contained in the previous plat of these lands; and
WHEREAS, Clyde C. Quinby, Individually and .s Trustee,
de. ires to vacate the Conservation Easement .s described In Exhibit
"A"; and
WHEREAS, the granting of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,' that the plat of
Naples Heritage Golf , Country Club Tracts "8" , "CS" Replat, a part
of a previOUSly approved and recorded plat, Naples Heritage Golt b
Country Club Phase One, is hereby approved for recording and the
dedications contained on the plat of Naples Heritage Golf , Country
Club Phae One, are hereby accepted, and those lands described in
Exhibit "A" are hereby vacated. Said vacation shall become valid and
effective upon recordation of the subject replat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat and record a certH ied copy of this replat and a
certified copy of the vacation resolution in the Official Records of
Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and IIlajority
vote favoring same.
