WHEREAS, Immokalcc Habitat for Humanity, Inc. is accIdng a waiver of impact fcca; and
WHEREAS, Immokalcc Habitat for Humanity, Inc. will conatrucl one (I) au-bcdroom unit (\be
"Dwelling Unit") on Lot 6, Bullard Subdivision, Immokalcc which is proposed to sell for Forty-Six
Thouallld Five Hundred Dollan ($46,500,00); and
WHEREAS, the Dwellmg Unit will be purchased by a very low income houacbold which is
required to invest a minimum of five hundred (500) hours of "Swest Equity" before it obtaina title to \be
houac; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Charles C. Smith, Vicc President of Immokalcc Habitat for Humanity, Inc.,

Ordinance, Ordinancc No. 92-33, as amended; an applicant may obtain a Wai~~f'~ feca by
qualifying for a waiver; and
WHEREAS, Immokalcc Habitat for Humanity, Inc. has qualified for an impact fcc :waiVCI: baaed
upon the following representations made by Immokalcc Habitat for Humanity, Inc.:
A. The Dwelling Unit shall be sold to a first-time home buyer.
S. The Dwelling Unit shall be sold to a household with a very low income level as that term ia
defined in the Appcndiceslo the respective Impact Fcc Ordinances and tho monthly payment
to purchase the unit must be within the affordable houaing suidelines established in \be
Appendices to \be rcapective Impact Fcc Ordinances.
C. The Dwelling Unit shall be the Homestead of the owner.
D. The Dwelling Unit shall remain affordable for fifteen (15) years from the date the ccrtiflc:alo
of occupancy is iaaucd.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
I. The Board of County Commiaaioncn hereby authorizca \be County Manager to iauo an
Authorization for waiver of impact feca to Immokalcc Habitat for Humanity, Inc. for 011O (1)
house which shall be conatructcd on Lot 6, Bullard Subdivision, Immokalcc, Colliel: County,
Florida.
2. Upon receipt by the Housing and Urban Improvement Director of an agrccmCDl for waiVCI:
of impact feca signed by Immokalcc Habitat for Humanity, Inc., and/or the pun:baec, or
other documentation acceptable to the County Attorney, the Board of County
Commiaaioncrs hereby authoriZCI the payment by Collier County of the following inIpllCt
feca from the Affordable Houaing Trust Fund, Fund (191), in the following amounta for \be
one (I) house to be built on Lot 6, Bullard Subdivision, Immokalcc by Immokalcc Habitat
for Humanity, Inc.:
