The Dwelling Unit shall be sold to a first-time home buyer. S. The Dwelling Unit shall be sold to a household with a very low income level as that term ia defined in the Appcndiceslo the respective Impact Fcc Ordinances and tho monthly payment to purchase the unit must be within the affordable houaing suidelines established in \be Appendices to \be rcapective Impact Fcc Ordinances. C. The Dwelling Unit shall be the Homestead of the owner. D. The Dwelling Unit shall remain affordable for fifteen (15) years from the date the ccrtiflc:alo of occupancy is iaaucd. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: I. Upon receipt by the Housing and Urban Improvement Director of an agrccmCDl for waiVCI: of impact feca signed by Immokalcc Habitat for Humanity, Inc., and/or the pun:baec, or other documentation acceptable to the County Attorney, the Board of County Commiaaioncrs hereby authoriZCI the payment by Collier County of the following inIpllCt feca from the Affordable Houaing Trust Fund, Fund (191), in the following amounta for \be one (I) house to be built on Lot 6, Bullard Subdivision, Immokalcc by Immokalcc Habitat for Humanity, Inc.: A.
