WHEREAS, Immokaloo Habitat for Humanity, Inc. hu qualilied for an impact foo waiver baaed
upon the following representationa made by Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc.:
A. The Dwclling Unit shall be IOld to . first-time home buyer.
B. The Dwelling Unit aha11 be IOld to a hOUlehold with a very low income level u that term i.
defined in the Appendices to the respective Impact F eo Ordinances and the monthly payment
to purchue the unit mull be within the affordable boUllng guldelinea eatab1labed In the
Appendices to the respectivc Impact Fee Ordinances.
The Dwelling Unit shall be the Homestead of the owner.
The Dwclling Unit shall remain affordable for lilleen (15) yean from the date 11Io certiflcate
of 0CCIIpIIIcy ia iaaued.
NOW TIfEREFORB, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COIllER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The Board of County Commillionen hereby authorizea the County Manager to laaue III
Authorization for waiver of impact foea to Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc. for one (I)
boUle which shall be conatructed on Lot I, Bullard Subdivision, Immokalee, Collier County,
Florida. I
Upon rocoipt by tho Housing and Urban Improvement Director of IIIIifOO111eut for waiver
of Impact fees signed by Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc., and/or the ~, or
other documentatioo acceptable to the County Attorney, the Board of County
Commiaaionera hereby authorizea the payment by Collier County of tho following Impact
foea from tho Affordable Houaing Truat Fund, Fund (191), in the following IIII01IIIlI for tbo
