WHEREAS, tIie Gulf Coast Skimmen is desiroua of entering into . Lease Agreement

with Collier County to lease the Leued Propmy for . period of thirty (30) y-. with two (2)
options to renew for III additional thirty (30) yeara each, for the IOle JlUI'POIO of providing .

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 125.38, Florida Statutea, tho County may Ieuo real
p.vy<lrty to ce:tajn entities at priVl~ sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNIY
COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
I. The Board of County ConnniSlionm is satiafied that the Leased Property is not needed for
County purposes under the terms of the attached lease agreement and ia required for the Gulf
Coast Skimmers' use.
2. Collier CoWlty Bhall enter into the Lease Agreement with the Gulf Coast Skimmers and the
Gulf Coast Skimmm is hereby authorized to uae the Leued Property for the purpoae of
providing a water alci program for local youths in accordance with the tenna and conditions
alated in the Lease Agreement attached hereto.
3. The annual rent ahall be Ten dollan ($10.00).
