JULY lS, liSi AGREEMENT I, Michael B~uet representing Collier Enterprises a3 agent on beh~lf of Collier Enterprises for Petition SMP-89-J (Immokalee Agro Park), agree to the fOllowing stipulations requested by the Collier County Planning Commission in their public hearing on June 15, 1989. A. A copy of SFWMD Permit or Early Work Permit is required prior to construction plan approval. b. An excavation Permit will lake{s) in accordance with 88-26 , SFWMD rules. be required for the proposed Collier County Ordinance No. c. Concurrent with the submission of site Development Plans for any development of Tracts A, 5, C and 0, independent water management plans together with design calculations shall be submitted to Project Review Services inasmuch as the development of these tracts were not taken into consideration in the design of the water management plan for the lots in this subdivision. d. Pre-treatment volumes will be required for each individual tract in accordance with SFWMD rules. e. The proposed locations or three of the lakes are not in conformance with setback requirements of Collier County Ordinance 88-26. If petitioner elects not to re-design lake contours, appropriate barriers around lakes will be required. t. Petitioner shall provide 20' maintenance easements and 20' access easements for all proposed lakes. g. Provide perimeter berm ~round tract B similar to Section c-c shown on Master Water Management Plan. h. The large drainage ensement south of Tract C and west ot Tract 0 shall conform to the lake cross section.
