RESOLUTION NO. 89- 155
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
CANCELLING DELINQUENT AND CURRENT TAXES
UPON LANDS DONATED FOR PUBLIC USE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on
accepted a Special Warranty Deed from Avatar Properties Inc.
f/k/a G.A.C. Properties Inc. for various properties located in
Golden Gate Estates, Collier County, Florida: and
WHEREAS, section 196.29,
taxes on property acquired by

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
