The walkover shall terminate with stairs not more than ten (10) feet in front of the beach vegetation line. 3. The stairs at the seaward end of the walkover shall be constructed so that they will not alter the grade or impact the v(~getation of the seaward edge of the active dune zone. 4. No equipment or construction material stored seah'ard of the existing Construction Control Line. shall be Coastal S. If, during construction of the walkover, any native dune vegetation is dlsturbed or removed, these areas shall be revegetated with native dune vegetation. 6. If it shall be necessary for vehicles to be on the beach to provide for construction of the walkover and/or facilities, petitioner shall apply for a Vehicle On The Beach Permit, subject to review and approval by the Planning Services section} prior to any construction activity. 7. Petitioner shall notify the Planning Services section prior to commencing work seaward of the CeCL and shall contact the Planning Services section ~ithin two weeks following its completion.
