Resolution 1989-142 JUNE 6, 1989 and Benefit Unit (\:he "Unit") to provide for the construction of road and waterline improvements (the "Projectl1). The Project is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated hp.rein. The legal description of the District and the areas and routes included therein are described in Exhibit liB" attached hereto and incorporated herein. B. The estimated Project cost of the assessable improvements is ~46.600.00 and shall be payable by the levy and collection of special assessments against the properties within the Unit specially benefited by the Project. The assessments shall be based upon the Assessment Formula Rationale attacLed as hereto as Exhibit "C" and incorporated herein. Such cost, in addition to the specific items contained in the plans and specifications may be deemed to include the items which are authorized by the Ordinance. SECTION 3. Construction of' such assessable improvements constituting the Project is hereby ordered pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance. SECTION 4. The Board does hereby instruct Hole, Montes & Associates, Inc., Naples, Florida (the "Consulting Engineers"), to prepare in duplicate the revised plans and specifications (as defined in the Ordinance) and a revised estimate of the cost of the Project. The Consulting Engineers are hereby instructed also to prepare in duplicate a revised tentative apportionment of .the estimated total cost of the Project as between the Unit and each lot or parcel of land subject to the special assessments herein authorized. One of the duplicates of each of such revised tentative apportionment of cost, the revised plans and specifications and the revised estimate of the project cost, when completed, shall be filed with the Clerk of the Board and be open to the inspection of the public. The other duplicate shall be retained by the Consulting Engineers in their files and shall likewise be Open to the public for inspection. SECTION 5.
