WITII ITS ORGANIZATIONAL FUNCTION:: AND
ACTIVITIES FOR COUNTY/FIRE DI~TRICT
PURPOSES PURSUANT TO COLLIER :OUNTY
ORDINANCE NO, 87-5,
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 87-5 provides that
the Doard of County commissioners of Collier ':ounty, Florida,
may
adopt an
implementing
resolution ;\uthorizing the
expenditures of County funds for a specific County purpose aD
described therein.
NOH, THEREFORE, IlE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board
hereby authorizes the expenditure of Isle of Capri Fire
control District petty cash funds for the purchase of
refreshments and condiments served at its organizational
functions and activities for county/Fire District purposes.
This Resolution adopted after motion and vote favoring
same.
