RESOLUTION 89-111
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CER~IFIED
CONTRACTOR LICENSING INVESTIGATORS
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 81-364, L~WS OF
FLORIDA, AND COUNTY ORDINANCE NOS.
82-20 AND 85-34.
WHEREAS, Chapter 81-364, the Laws of Florida authorize
the Board of County Commissioners to assi~n agents to serve
as Contractor Liconsing Investigators for Collier County
Compliance Services Section, and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have adopted
Ordinance Nos. 82-20 and 85-34 establishing the guidelines by
which a Contractor Licensing Investigator must act, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Nos. 82-20 and 85..34 adhere to the
stipulations set forth in Chapter 81-364 (If the Florida laws,
and
WHEREAS, a Resolution shall be the means for appointing
Certified Contractor Licensing Investigators, and
WHEREAS, the Contractor Licensing Supervisor recommends
to the Board of County Commissioners those persons he deems
as qualified to serve as Contractor Licensing Investigators,
and

WHEREAS, the Contractor Licensing Supervisor shall also
state that the recommended agents have satisfactorily
completed an extensive training program, and
WHEREAS, the elements of the training program are
determined by Ordinance Nos. 82-20 ancJ 85..~4,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following
employees are hereby designated and Certified as Contractor
Licensing Investigators, and are hereby empowered to perform
the duties as prescribed by law:

George Dahir, Contractor Licensing Investigator
Thomas Bartoe, Contractor Licensing Investigator
Jack Laubach, Contractor Licensing Investigator
Dennis Mazzone, Contractor Licensing Investigator
