RESOLUTION NO. 89--LQJ
A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING ROGER P~UL HARVEY
TO THE WIGGINS PASS AREA ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners of collier
County, Florida, a~opted Collier County Ordinance No. 87-96 which
created the Wiggins Pass Area Municipal Service Tax Unit and
provided for the creation of an advisory committee I and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 87-96 the Board of County
commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 88-29 which created the
Wiggins Pass Area Advisory Committee I and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 88-29, Section ~,wo, provides that
appointment or reappointment of members to the Wi99ins Pass Area
Advisory Committee shall be by resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners I and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previouslY
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Roger Paul Harvey
is hereby reappointed to the Wiggins Pass Area Advisory Committee
to represent Area C for a four year term; said term expiring on
