RESOLUTION NO. 89-~
RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN APPLICAT7.0N FORM,
CHECKLIST, AND INFORMATIONAL PACKAGE TO
GUIDE PETITIONERS IN APPLYING FOR
SUBDIVISION MASTER PLAN APPROVAL AS AN
INFORMATIONAL APPENDIX TO THE COLLIER
COUNTY SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 76-6, as amended, the Collier county
Subdivision Regulations, Article VIII, Section 2, refers to an
application form, checklist, and an informational package to be
prepared by the Development Services Director and adopted by the
Board 01 county Commissioners by resolution, as an informational
appendix to the ordinance to guide applicants desiring to petition
for approval of a subdivision master plan; and
WHEREAS, these guidelines are integral to the effective and
expeditious review of subdivision master plans and therefore
should be readily available to petitioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the
above-referenced application form, checklist, and informational
package attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is adopted as an
informational appendix to Collier County Ordinance No. 76-6, as
amended.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
