1. It is hereby detannined that roadway inprcvements within the North
Naples Roadway M.Jnicipal SelVioe Taxirq arxl Benefit Unit are ~~'ryard
in the best interest of COllier CCAmty pursuant to CCAmty ordinance NImt>er
86-40 as prescril:led arxl set forth by Olapter 125, Florida statutes.
2. COllier CCAmty staff is hereby authorized to acquire the required
right-of-W<lY by gift or p.u:chase, either in easement fom or fee siIrple
title.
3. 'Ihe required right-of-way to be acquired herein shall be held ard
used by COllier =ty for construction arxl IIiUnt:enance Of roadways,
drainage facUities, bridge structures, utUity systems and other
transportatioo related inprcvements.
4. 'Ihe preliminary right-of-W<lY mp dated March 1989,. attached hereto
