RESOLUTION NO. 2008-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT LAURA SPURGEON
DEJOHN TO THE COLLIER COUNTY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 93-76, as amended, which created the Collier County
Development Services Advisory Committee, proVides that the Committee shall consist of
fifteen (15) members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Development Services Advisory Committee has provided the Board
of County Commissioners with its recommendations for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Laura Spurgeon Dejohn is
hereby reappointed under the Land Planner category to the Collier County Development
Services Advisory Committee for a four-year term, said term to expire on December 14,
2011.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
