RESOLUTION NO. 2008-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT AND
REAPPOINT MEMBERS TO THE COLLIER COUNTY CODE
ENFORCEMENT BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2007-44 provides that the Collier County
Code Enforcement Boards shall consist of seven regular members and two alternate
members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two vacancies on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Richard Kraenbring, representing the category of Construction Sales and
Consulting, is hereby reappointed to the Collier County Code Enforcement Board for a
three-year term, said term to expire on February 14, 2011.
2. Edward L. Larsen, representing the category of Attorney, is hereby appointed to
the Collier County Code Enforcement Board for a three-year term, said term to expire
on February 14, 2011.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
