RESOLUTION NO. 89-86
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DORCAS F. HOWARD
TO THE IMMOKALEE LIGHTING AND BEAUTIFICATION
DISTRICT ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 77-52 created the Immokalee Lighting
and Beautification District; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 86-65,created the Immokalee Lighting
and Beautification District Advisory Committee and provides that
members shall be appointed to the Committee by resolution; and
WHEREAS, on February 28, 1989 one of the members resigned
creating a vacancy on the Immokalee Lighting and Beautification
District Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provi~ed public notice' soliciting applications from interested
parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Dorcas F. Howard
is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the Immokalee
Lighting and Beautification District Advisory Committee, said
term expiring on September 23, 1992.
