RESOLUTION DESIGNATING TERMS OF OFFICE FOR THE
COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCE~mNT BOARD MEMBERS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, the
Board of County Commissioners enacted Ordinance No. 88-89 which
established a Collier County Code Enforcement Board to provide
for the enforcement of codes and ordinances in all unincorporated,,'
areas of Collier County, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No.
County Commissioners appointed seven (7)
Enforcement Board, and
89-38, the Board of
mombers to the Code
WHEREAS, the Code Enforcement Board is required to make a
recommendation regarding initial terms of office for each
respective member, said terms to be sta'Jgered pursuant to
Resolution No. 89-38.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the initial terms
of office for Code Enforcement Board Membet's be designated as
follows I

1. Charles Andrews is hereby appointed for a term of one
year, said term to expire February 14, 1990.
2. Mark Strain is hereby appointed for a term of one year,
said term to expire February 14, 1990.
3. Timothy Constantine is hereby appointed for a term of
two years, said term to expire February 14, 1991.
4. Mark Lamoureux is hereby appointed for a term of two
years, said term to expire February 14, 1991.
5. Michael Pedone is hereby appointed for a term of two
years, said term to expire February 14, 1991.
6. Darlene Connelly is hereby appointed for a term of three
years, said term to expire February 14, 1992.
