RESOLUTION NO. 89-78
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PAUL CHEVALIER AND
REAPPOINTING THOMAS R. JONES TO THE WATER MANAGEMENT.
ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 87-97 confirmed the
creation of the Water Management Advisory Board and provides that
the members shall be appointed to the Board by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the term of one position has expired and a vacancy
exists on the Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commission~rs previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties to fill the expired term and the vacancy; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners received a letter
from the Water Management Advisory Board recommending the
appointment Paul Chevalier to fill the unexp::.red term of Wallace
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY '!'HE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Thomas R. Jones is
hereby reappointed to the Water Management Advisory Board for a
term of four (4) years, said term expiring on February 26, 1993.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Paul Chevalier is hereby
appointed to the Water Management Advisory Board to fill the
unexpired term of Wallace Poston, said term expiring on February
26, 1990.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
