RESOLUTION NO. 89- 74
MARCH 14, 1989
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PROVIDING
FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF THE ABATEMENT OF
PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE 85-33.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance

annum on any unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~HE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property
described as follows, and having been abated of a public nuisance
after due and proper notice thereof to the owner of said property,
is hereby assessed the following costs of such abatement, to wit:

The Clerk of the Board ahall mail a notice of assessment of
lien to the owner or owners of the above described property, and
if such owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days
hereof, a certified copy of this Resolution shn1l be filed in the
Office of the Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, Florida,
to constitute a lien against such property according to law,
unless such direction is stayed by this Board upon appeal of the
assessment of the owner.

after motion, second and majority vote.
