A RESOLUTION FIXING THE DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR
PUBLIC HEARING ON CONFIRMATION OF THE PRELIMINARY
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE DAVIS BOULEVARD WATER
IMPROVEMENT SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, OF THE
COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING FOR MAILING AND
PUBLISHING THE NOTICES OF SUCH HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMl'IISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACTING AS THE EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING
BOARD OF THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRI(T OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
SECTION 1. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the
provisions of Chapter 153, Part II, Florida Stl,tutes, and other
applicable provisions of law.
SECTION 2. It is hereby found and determined as follows:
A. On March 31, 1987, the Board of County Commissioners Acting
as the Ex-Officio the Governing Board of the Collier County
Water-Sewer District (hereinafter referred to as the "Board")
adopted Resolution No. 87-66 and Resolution No. CWS-87-6 confirming
Resolution No. 87-26 and Resolution No. CWS-87-2 ordering the
construction of the assessable water improvements described therein
(the "Project") to be located along the routes and in the areas
described therein, desginating the area to be assessed for the
payment of the cost of such improvements as "Davis Boulevard Water
Improvement Special Assessment District" (the "Assessment
District") .
B. The construction of these assessable water improvements has
now been completed and the water facilities have been placed into
service. A preliminary assessment roll has been prepared providing
the actual total project cost and the properties to be assessed and
a copy of the preliminary assessment roll has been filed in the
office of the District Clerk.
SECTION 3. The 11th day of April, 1989, at 9:00 o',clock ,A.M. at the
Board Room, Third Floor, Buildinq "F", County courthoust'Naples,
Florida, is hereby fixed as the time and place at which the Board
will meet and receive the written objections of the owners of the

properties to be assessed, or other persons interested therein"to
the confirmation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll, as filed.
The District Clerk shall cause the notice of such hearing to be
published one time in the Naples Daily News, a newspaper
published in Collier County and circulating in the District, not
less than fifteen (15) days prior to said date of hearinq.
SECTION 4. Notice of such hearinq shall be in substantially the
followinq form:

Notice is hereby qiven that the Board of County
Commissioners, Ex-Officio the Governinq Board of the Collier
County Water-Sewer pi strict of Collier County, Florida, will meet
on April 11, 1989 at 9:00 o'clock A.M., at the Board Room, Third
Floor, Building "F", Collier County Courthouse" Naples, Florida,
for the purpose of receiving written objectionn, if any, of all
interested persons to the confirmation of the preliminary
assessment roll against the properties that are specially
benefited by the Davis Boulevard Water Improvement Special
Assessment District. The description of the assessable
improvements is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein, and the assessable water improvements are
located along the terminal points and routes and in the areas
described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
The preliminary assessment roll is on file with the District
Clerk at Room 513, Collier County Courthouse, Building "F",
Naples, Florida and is open to the inspection of the public. All
objections to the confirmation ~f the Preliminary Assessment Roll
must be made in writing and filed with the District Clerk at or
before the time of such hearinq. Any objec~ions aqainst the
preliminary assessment not so made shall be considered as waived,
and if any objection shall be made and overruled or shall not be
sustained, the confirmation of the preliminary assessment by the
Board's resolution adoptinq the final assessment roll for the
District shall be final and conclusive as to each lot or parcel
assessed unless proper steps shall be taken'within 30 days in a
court of competent juriSdiction to secure relief.

SECTION 5. The District Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to
spread this resolution in full among the minutes of this meeting for
