RESOLUTION NO. 89-38
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING M~mERS TO THE
COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 88-89 created the Collier County Code
Enforcement Board pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, and
said ordinance provides that the Board shall be composed of seven
(7) members; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided
public notice sOliciting applications from intere3ted parties
fulfilling the requirements set forth in Collier ~ounty O=dinance
No. 88-89; and
WHEREAS, resumes from interested parties were received and
reviewed by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The following individuals are hereby appointed to the
Collier County Code Enforcement Board:
Charles M. Andrews
Timothy J. Constantine
Darlene M. Connelly
Mark N. Lamoureux
Michael Pedone
Mark P. Strain
Jackie Williams
2. The initial terms of office for the members appointed to
the Collier County Code Enforcement Board shall be approved by
separate resolution of the Board of County Commissioners after the
Collier County Code Enforcement Board has met and has made a
recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners regarding their
respective terms of office which shall be staggered as follows:
Two members for one year term.
Three members for two year term.
Two members for three year term.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
