Road 5-951, an authorize:! state road, in a=rdance with an a<;;reement bel""""
the Board of County CoImlissioners, Collier County, Fl'Jrida, ard the State of
Florida i:JepartJnent of Transportation, in Which CXXlN'lY is authorize:! to acquire
the right-of-way for said road construction an:! naintemnce; an:!
WllERF.As, a portion of the lards necessary to said road construction ard
naintenance is owned by the Trustees of the Internal IlTprovement Trust Fund of
the State of Florida, hereinafter calle:! "'IIDSI'EES"; ani
WllERF.As, on behalf of CXXlN'lY, a request has been lMde for the 'IIDSI'EES to
convey the lands described in Exhibit "A" to 0XJm'! for State Road S-951
Right-of-way; an:!
WllERF.As, a fair narkat value real estate awraisal of the lards described
in Exhibit "A" has been prepared by CXXlN'lY, an:! the dollar amamt of said
awraisal is offere:l to the 'IRJSTEEs, as c:arpensation for said lards;
>>CW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County O:mnissioners,
Collier County, Florida, (CXXlN'lY) hereby fornally requests the Trustees of the
Internal IlTprovement Trust Fund of the 5tate of Florida ('IIDSI'EES) to grant,
sell an:! COl1Vey unto CXXlN'lY, via Trustee's DeEd, those lards described in
Exhibit "A" (state Road S-951, Parcel 117) for the sum of 'IHIRTY FalR TI-J::USANo
NINE HUNmEll COllARS ($34,900).
