RESOLUTION NO. 89--i6
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD
JANUARY 17, 1989
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, adopt=d Collier County Ordinance No. 88-71 which created
the Library Advisory Board pursuant to Ordinance No. 86-41; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 88-71 provides that the appointment of
members to the Library Advisory Board shall be by resolution of the
Board of County commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided
public notice soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Nancy V. potter is hereby appointed to the Library
Advisory Board to represent commission District 2. Said term will
commence on January 1, 1989 and expire on December 31, 1992.
2. Dr. James Cain is hereby appointed to the Library
Advisory Board to represent Commission District 4. Said term will
commence on January 1, 1989 and expire on December 31, 1992.
3. Margie Hall is hereby appointed to the Library
Advisory Board to represent Commission District 5. Said term will
commence on January 1, 1989 and expire on December 31, 1992.
This resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
